What responsible support should include
Care is more than the moment an animal reaches a clinic. A realistic proposal needs qualified supervision, humane handling, appropriate treatment, recovery arrangements and a way to check what happened afterwards.

The photographed dogs are an illustration of the subject. A named case, rescue date or treatment outcome would need a documented source before it could be presented as work funded by WARN.
Follow the purpose and the records
Before an award, WARN will review the proposed recipient’s authority, experience, welfare approach, budget and reporting. The selection process and spending policy explain the intended approach.
Grant register
Approved commitments and completed payments are different stages. Public records identify recipients and purposes without exposing donor details, banking information or sensitive wildlife locations.
