Impact, measured honestly

WARN funds partner-led animal rescue across 17 countries. We hold ourselves to an 80% programme-spend target, a statutory asset lock, and a simple rule: publish real numbers, or say plainly that they are not ready yet.

What we hold ourselves to

80% programme-spend target

WARN's target is for at least 80% of unrestricted donations to fund programme delivery — grants to partner shelters, sanctuary capacity, veterinary care and rescue across the network. We publish our progress against this target rather than claim it as a result before it is independently verified.

Statutory asset lock

WARN is a Community Interest Company (CIC) regulated by the CIC Regulator, with a statutory asset lock that keeps assets dedicated to our community purpose.

Partner-led by design

WARN does not build WARN-branded offices or sanctuaries. Grants go to vetted local organisations with the field expertise, so donor money funds fieldwork — not head-office overhead.

Quarterly reporting commitment

As grant rounds complete we publish what was funded, where, and what it achieved — animals treated, patrol days supported, sanctuary places created. Early figures appear here first; nothing is rounded up or embellished.

Give monthly — the most effective way

What your monthly gift can do

Regular gifts let our partners plan rescues, veterinary care and sanctuary capacity ahead of time. WARN's target is for at least 80% of unrestricted donations to fund programme delivery — grants to partner shelters, sanctuary capacity, veterinary care and rescue across the network.
